A week's view of Calendar Management for a corporate COO color-coded across six calendar groups and Calendly seamlessly integrated into Google Calendar, ensuring availability stayed accurate. Zero double-bookings, and buffer/travel time taken into account.
A Gmail draft I put together to request a service quote from a vendor. Clear, professional, and specific enough that the vendor had everything they needed to respond without a back-and-forth.
A meeting agenda I put together for a fundraising planning session covering attendees, timings, Zoom link, and a structured run-of-show so every person in the room knew what was being discussed, who was presenting it, and how long they had. No wasted time, no confused executives.
A client onboarding automation I built in Zapier. It takes a new client's form response and instantly logs it in Google Sheets, creates a Trello card, and sends a Gmail confirmation. Four steps, zero manual handoffs.
